Breccia Marbles with Newsprints Help

These Techniques come from the oldest Italian fresco painters, when you had to be fast and effecive. It was taught to me by Mongiardino Master's painters .
With no time and with the simple help of news Print you can create Breccia Marbles as well as fantasy Italian faux marbles. No more fear of imitating natural "stone cluster" marble Type! Suited for all levels.
On a sponged water base acrylic soft back ground, we "print" stone shaped cut paper and with a little bit of definition and "Marble-veining, the piece is finished really fast.
Porta Santa, Breccia verde, Giallo Antico e a St' Anne will be covered. I will also demonstrate one Reverse Print with Florentine Marble inlay Bird Pattern.
The samples students will take home:
3 samples on Primed Canvas and board 12" x 20"each.
Students will receive a CD of Pictures of Antique Marbles from Marmora Romana
2 Marble Brushes from Grand Illusion and 1 Fresco Brush
Supplies to bring: Basic
Cheap brushes 3" and 2"
Natural sponge , Rags, One Newspaper
Assortment of Marbleizing brush
Plastic containers- Brown Pencil ( Burnt Umber or Brown Van dyck)
Masking tape 1"/ 2"
